With more than 15 years of experience in Management, Human Talent Management and Labor Relations Management. He has extensive experience in the design and analysis of processes and procedures, and implementing improvements that facilitate obtaining results optimally from the development of Human Talent Management Indicators. He is currently Human Resources Manager at Assist Card Peru.
